We start you off on the right foot! After hearing your vision and getting to know you we provide you with a personalized “How To” plan, specific to your wedding. Then being a continued resource for you as you plan. Two months prior we take over finalizing details with vendors and execute everything you planned, allowing you to kick back and enjoy your hard work.

We take over about two months before, gathering all your details and confirming with all your vendors, to ensure every detail is communicated. We cannot recommend Unique Melody enough!! I really wanted to enjoy our day and was also a little nervous about passing off all my months of planning, but the second I met Steph I knew we were in good hands (Yvonne ran our rehearsal and Steph ran our event). Not only was having a coordinator on the day absolutely invaluable, but it was tremendously nice in the weeks before our wedding to know we had minimal work left to do because UME was on everything. We think spending money on a day-of coordinator was the best money we spent on our wedding because it allowed us to focus fully on all the other things we spent money on: we ate all the food, danced to all the music, and really got to live in the moment. Months away from our wedding, we are still basking in the glow, in large part because of all the hard work UME did on our behalf.

"Yvonne and the Unique Melody team helped us plan our dream wedding. From the beginning of our process through wedding day details, Yvonne made it easy have the wedding we wanted. Everyone had told us how stressful planning a wedding could be, but she made the process fun!
The ceremony we envisioned required extra coordination and creativity, and she turned all of our ideas into more than we could have imagined. She did an exceptional amount of behind the scenes work with all of our vendors – from the lighting to the band to the caterers – without us having to worry about all the logistical details. On the day of, she made sure everything went smoothly and that we were calm and stress free (or at least as stress free as can be). "Yvonne was an extraordinary Wedding Coordinator! She did an amazing job helping us get organized and making sure everyone knew where they should be during the rehearsal. On the day of the wedding she came early and helped set-up decor and tables, coordinated and communicated with the vendors and assisted in a flawless wedding ceremony. As the bride, I came in on a boat, so i can tell you the organization wasn't easy! Bt it was beautiful. After the ceremony, she helped DJ because our DJ (a friend) had to cancel a week before and helped with transitions between all of our toasts (we had a few!). Her assistant, Illiana, was also incredible and very kind and helpful. We loved working with them! My family and I feel so fortunate to have had the support and guidance of Yvonne, Illiana and Unique Melody to make our wedding so special and beautiful. Thank you Yvonne and Illiana!"
